Invisible Hands, Startling Colors

2026. 3. 26(Thu) - 6. 28(Sun)

Gallery1 (2F)

Sehwa Museum of Art presents the exhibition Invisible Hands, Startling Colors. In a world where a single click of the “Like” button is often considered a form of connection, this exhibition seeks to reconsider the ways in which we form relationships with the world around us.

Featuring works by Yehsol Kim, Jihyun Boo, Hayne Park, Wonwoo Lee, Jinhyung Lee, and Manyoung Jung, Invisible Hands, Startling Colors brings together paintings, sculptures, sound installations, and spatial installations. These works await audiences who become the “invisible hands” that activate them. Through encounters with works that invite audience participation and performative engagement, that open up richer perception and sensory experiences, and that spark new performances and events, the exhibition moves beyond the hierarchy of fragmentary visual appreciation. Throughout its duration, the exhibition unfolds as a living narrative shaped by the interactions between artworks and audiences. We invite you to this site of encounter, where artworks and the audiences meet to set in motion bodily gestures and conversations.
