What kind of sensation triggers a sudden memory? In Walking Through Memories with SEOM:, we explore the stories of memories sparked by sound as a catalyst.

At Sehwa Museum of Art, participants will gather and wear sound recording devices before strolling around the museum’s surroundings, focusing on the sounds that fill the area. Following a sound-walk course designed as a sequence of landscapes, participants will draw the memories and emotions evoked by the sounds in each space.

Through sound collection and drawing, participants will share the sounds they focused on in the same space. Together, they will exchange stories about the memories and emotions stirred by the sounds.
